| 1. The bidder must provide a manufacturer’s data Sheet/ brochure & a document containing the product image and complete technical specifications. Incomplete lead to disqualification. | |
| 2. The bidder shall submit a written undertaking confirming that all items are brand new box packed & all ordered items shall be delivered within (02) two working days from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). The bidder may ask for a sample before issuance of LOA. | |
| • The bidder shall clearly mention the make, model, origin & manufacturer of each quoted item. All quoted items shall be brand new, genuine, unused and free from manufacturing defects. Refurbished, repaired or used items shall not be accepted. The quoted prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, labor, and any other charges. No additional payment shall be admissible. | |
| • Optional quotations shall not be accepted. Copy paste not allowed. The bidder shall clearly specify the warranty period should not be less than one year to each quoted item in technical specifications. Without quoting warranty & model in technical specification lead to technically non-compliant of quoted item. The warranty shall start from the date of delivery and acceptance by ZTBL. The bidder shall replace any defective item at no additional cost to ZTBL during the warranty period. | |
