Eligibility Criteria Document
• The bidder must have a functional office located within Rawalpindi, Islamabad.
• The vendor must provide a minimum one (1) year warranty on official letter head for all supplied items that if Any defects arising during the warranty period shall be rectified or the item replaced by the vendor free of cost.
• The bidder must upload an undertaking on its official letterhead, duly signed and stamped by the authorized representative, confirming that, in case of award of contract, it shall supply the required item(s) within the specified delivery period. Any violation of the undertaking or failure to supply within the stipulated time may dealt with in accordance with the applicable PPRA rules and the terms and conditions of the bid.
• Payment will be made subject to availability of funds as per Government policy in last quarter of FY-2026-27
Vendor must submit an undertaking on official letter head that items quoted are available in stock delivered within 24 hours of issuance of award of contract
Vendor Must Provide the sample of quote items before issuance of LOI for approval. Sample will be returned after the inspection by concerned.
