| The bidder must have an established office or operational presence in Karachi to ensure timely provision of services and effective coordination. | |
| The quoted prices shall be firm and fixed for the validity period of the quotation and shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, transportation, labour, loading/unloading, insurance, overheads, profit, and any other incidental charges required for complete execution of the services. | |
| The bidder shall carefully review the scope of work and specifications before submitting the quotation. Submission of a quotation shall be deemed as acceptance of all terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the RFQ. | |
| The bidder shall ensure that the services provided conform to the specifications and quality standards prescribed by SBP BSC. | |
| Payment shall be made after satisfactory completion of the services and submission of the original invoice, subject to verification by the concerned user department. | |
| Bidders who have been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, or Public Sector Organization shall not be eligible to participate. SBP BSC reserves the right to verify the bidder's status from any relevant source. | |
