Dear Sir/Madam,
We request your kind attention to the following requirements, which will enable us to work out competitive rates for Air University, Ref. No. P103633:
Kindly provide the system-generated claim details from the existing insurer, including complete information regarding claim amounts, dates of events, and any other relevant claim particulars.
We also request that the rating requirement for Takaful companies be relaxed from AA+ to AA.
We would appreciate it if you could allow us at least five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the above information to review the details and work out our best and most competitive contribution.

Previous vendors claim history is not available with Air University. However, quarterly average OPD worth is approximately PKR 4.2 Million.
AA+ is a mandatory criterion for technical qualification, which cannot be downgraded after advertisement promulgation.
Tender has re-announced, therefore, any further extension is not possible due to paucity of time.

We need clarification for the Bid Security amount of Rs.500,000 as the bid security normally deposited at the time of the Technical quotes. This is the prequalification step. The company will definately pay the bid money when we qualify for the process
