Eligibility Criteria Document
The bidder must be a registered firm/company with a valid NTN and, where applicable, GST registration. The bidder must have relevant experience in repair, maintenance and overhauling of heavy machinery/cranes and diesel engines, preferably P&H cranes. The bidder must have qualified/skilled technical staff capable of carrying out engine overhauling and associated repair works. The bidder must have the required tools, equipment and workshop facilities for carrying out the work.
All spare parts supplied shall be new, genuine/OEM or equivalent approved quality and compatible with the existing P&H 20-Ton Crane. The bidder shall submit a valid quotation with item-wise rates, including all applicable labour, transportation and other incidental costs. The bidder must not be blacklisted/debarred by any Government/Semi-Government organization or public sector entity. The bidder shall be responsible for proper installation, testing and satisfactory operation of the crane aft
Documentary evidence of experience, including Work Orders/Purchase Orders, Completion Certificates or Satisfactory Performance Certificates, shall be attached with the quotation
