Clarification Regarding Drawings and Design Documents
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to Tender No. P100363 – Renovation and Upgradation of AU Main Gate, kindly confirm whether detailed drawings, architectural/structural drawings, electrical drawings, site plans or other design documents are available for the works described in the BOQ.
If available, kindly provide the relevant drawings/design documents through EPADS for bidders' reference and accurate preparation of their financial proposals.

Clarification Regarding Fixed Price and Price Adjustment
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to Tender No. P100363 – Renovation and Upgradation of AU Main Gate, kindly clarify the applicable pricing mechanism.
The bidding documents state that prices shall be fixed; however, reference is also made to price adjustment in accordance with the applicable appendix/formula.
Kindly confirm whether the contract price shall be strictly fixed throughout the contract period or shall be subject to price adjustment, and if applicable, kindly provide/identify the relevant price adjustment formula or appendix.
