INVITATION TO e-BIDS THROUGHT EPADS v2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSESTS

State Life, Real Estate, Hyderabad (State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC)), invites electronic bids of Single Stage Two Envelope from interested firms / companies (Any) for disposal of RENTING OF PLOT FOR FUEL STATION AND ALLIED COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON BOT BASIS AT THANDI SARAK HYDERABAD. on as is where is basis. The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. (Requirement of PEC registration may be added in case of disposal of civil, electrical, or mechanical works).

2. e-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://www.epads.gov.pk/, and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. D11043.

3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 26, 2026 11:00 AM, and will be opened on-line on the same day at Monday, October 26, 2026 11:30 AM. The participated bidders shall be automatically notified by EPADS v2.0 regarding the preliminary results of e-Disposal proceeding, after which final results will be notified in due course as per bidding documents.

Bidder/OMC should provide a detailed description of its entity including: • Legal Name; • Complete head office, contact information, including mailing address, telephone number and an e-mail address; • Incorporation details, including certification of incorporation/registration, memorandum and articles of association/partnership deed and amendments made therein till date of submission of bid. •
• The OMC must be a legal entity which includes a firm registered with Registrar of Firms or a Company registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).AUTHORIZED DEALER SHOULD PROVIDE DETAIL OF ITS ENTITY. • Valid Dealer ship certificate • Completeaddress,contactinformation,includingmailingaddress,telephone number and email address
REGISTRATION WITHT AXAUTHORITIES. • The OMC, Dealership Bidder must possess a valid registration certificate from the Income Tax Authority (i.e., the NTN certificate) and relevant Sales Tax Authority, if applicable. • Bidders must be having Active taxpayer status
