Subject: AUCTION OF ZTBL OFFICIAL VEHICLE (SUZUKI JIMNY JEEP)
INVITATION TO e-BIDS THROUGHT EPADS v2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSESTS
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL) (Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL)), invites electronic bids of Single Stage One Envelope from interested firms / companies (Any) for disposal of AUCTION OF ZTBL OFFICIAL VEHICLE (SUZUKI JIMNY JEEP) on as is where is basis. The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. (Requirement of PEC registration may be added in case of disposal of civil, electrical, or mechanical works).
2. e-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://www.epads.gov.pk/, and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. D10690.
3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 17, 2026 11:00 AM, and will be opened on-line on the same day at Thursday, September 17, 2026 11:30 AM. The participated bidders shall be automatically notified by EPADS v2.0 regarding the preliminary results of e-Disposal proceeding, after which final results will be notified in due course as per bidding documents.

| Upload a scanned copy of the Earnest Money here. A Pay Order of Rs. 25,000/- in favor of ZTBL must be submitted to the Procurement Department, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad, or ROH, ZTBL Gilgit-Baltistan, before the bid deadline. Cross cheques shall not be accepted. | |
| The bidder shall confirm that Tax shall be charged on the quoted amount as per applicable laws: 10% for active tax filers and 20% for non-filers. | |
| The bidder must physically inspect the vehicle at Regional Office Gilgit-Baltistan, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, near Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly, Jutial, Gilgit, on working days (Monday to Friday) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. | |
| The transfer fee and other government charges (if any) shall be born by the purchaser. The successful bidder shall deposit PKR 150,000/- within Five Days of award of auction and the remaining amount within 15 Working days. In case of failure to deposit payment within stipulated time, Earnest Money shall be forfeited. | |
