INVITATION TO e-BIDS THROUGHT EPADS v2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSESTS
JINNAH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA)), invites electronic bids of -- from interested firms / companies (Any) for e-Auction of Disposal of Unserviceable/BER Stores/Scrap through Public E-Auction at JIAP, Karachi) on as is where is basis. The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. (Requirement of PEC registration may be added in case of disposal of civil, electrical, or mechanical works).
2. e-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://www.epads.gov.pk/, and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. D10645.
3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The bidders shall participate on-line in e-Auction through their EPADS v2.0 accounts. The e-Auction shall remain open till Thursday, September 17, 2026 12:30 PM, and will be reviewed and evaluated on-line on the same day at Thursday, September 17, 2026 01:00 PM. The bidders shall have the opportunity to increase their offers multiple times till the closing time taht is Thursday, September 17, 2026 12:30 PM, after which the bidder with the highest offeror will be automatically selected by EPADS v2.0 as the winner...

| Payment by Successful Bidder: The successful bidder shall deposit 100% of the accepted bid amount, together with all applicable government taxes, duties, levies and other charges, within three (03) days from the date of issuance of the Acceptance/Letter of Award. | |
| Lifting of Auctioned Lot: The successful bidder shall be entitled to take delivery of and shall be responsible for lifting/removing the entire awarded lot within five (05) days from the date of confirmation of full payment, subject to completion of all requisite formalities and issuance of the necessary delivery/handing-over authorization by the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). PAA shall not be responsible for unclaimed scraps. | |
| Cost and Responsibility: All costs associated with loading, handling, dismantling, transportation, labour, equipment and removal of the auctioned lot shall be borne exclusively by the successful bidder. The bidder shall remove the lot at its own risk and cost and on an “as is, where is” basis. | |
| Failure to Make Payment: In the event of failure by the successful bidder to deposit the full amount within the stipulated period, the bid security/earnest money shall be liable to forfeiture, and PAA shall be entitled to take such further action as may be permissible under the applicable PPRA rules/regulations and the bidding documents. | |
| The BER items/scraps shall be offered for sale on an “as is, where is” basis. No claim, objection, or dispute whatsoever regarding the condition, specifications, defects, deficiencies, or any other aspect shall be entertained after completion of the auction. PAA shall provide authority to collect lots letter to succefull bidder however No ownership certificate certificate shall be provided by PAA | |

During physical Visits, the participants must posses original CNIC which shall be deposited at Gate at the time of entry and shall be returned at the time of exit. No entry shall be allowed without original CNIC. | |
