INVITATION TO e-BIDS THROUGHT EPADS v2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSESTS
IMCB, F-10/4 (Federal Directorate of Education (FDE)), invites electronic bids of Single Stage One Envelope from interested firms / companies Individual / Individual Consultant, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, for disposal of Renting out Tuckshop premises for the year Sept,2026 to Aug,2027 on as is where is basis. The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. (Requirement of PEC registration may be added in case of disposal of civil, electrical, or mechanical works).
2. e-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://www.epads.gov.pk/, and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. D10618.
3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 8, 2026 09:30 AM, and will be opened on-line on the same day at Tuesday, September 8, 2026 10:00 AM. The participated bidders shall be automatically notified by EPADS v2.0 regarding the preliminary results of e-Disposal proceeding, after which final results will be notified in due course as per bidding documents.

| 1. Only registered firms/individuals appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) shall be eligible to bid for the TUCK SHOP contract. | |
| 2. The applicant shall attach attested copies of a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST) registration along with the application. | |
| 3. The applicant must have relevant experience of operating a TUCK SHOP ETC. Preference shall be given to applicants having experience of running a TUCK SHOP in government, semi-government or educational institutions. | |
| 4. The applicant shall submit an affidavit on stamp paper stating that it has not been blacklisted in the past by any government, semi-government or private organization. | |
| 5. The applicant shall furnish a certificate from its bank in order to establish its financial soundness | |
| 6. The applicant must not have any serious pending litigation or legal proceedings against it. | |
| 7. The applicant shall provide a brief profile of its firm together with contact details (address, phone number, bank account). | |
| 8. The applicant shall be bound to provide the particulars, copies of identity cards and medical fitness certificates of all staff to be deployed in the TUCK SHOP. | |
| 9. The College Administration reserves the right to seek additional information or documents from the applicant at any stage. | |
