INVITATION TO e-BIDS THROUGHT EPADS v2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSESTS
Federal Investigation Agency(FIA) (Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)), invites electronic bids of -- from interested firms / companies (Any) for e-Auction of Disposal of Vehicles on as is where is basis. The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. (Requirement of PEC registration may be added in case of disposal of civil, electrical, or mechanical works).
2. e-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://www.epads.gov.pk/, and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. D10564.
3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The bidders shall participate on-line in e-Auction through their EPADS v2.0 accounts. The e-Auction shall remain open till Tuesday, September 8, 2026 11:00 AM, and will be reviewed and evaluated on-line on the same day at Tuesday, September 8, 2026 11:30 AM. The bidders shall have the opportunity to increase their offers multiple times till the closing time taht is Tuesday, September 8, 2026 11:00 AM, after which the bidder with the highest offeror will be automatically selected by EPADS v2.0 as the winner...

| The original Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order must reach at Logistics Branch, FIA Headquarters, G-9/4, Islamabad, before the closing date and time of the disposal process. Failure to submit the original Earnest Money within the prescribed time shall render the bidder ineligible for participation in the disposal process. | |
| Interested bidders are advised to inspect the vehicles at the specified locations during official working hours prior to participation in the auction. The contact details of the concerned MTOs/officials/officers at the respective locations, along with the complete addresses, have been provided in the vehicle auction details for facilitation of the prospective bidders. | |
| The vehicles shall be offered for sale on an “as is, where is” basis. No claim, objection, or dispute whatsoever regarding the condition, specifications, defects, deficiencies, or any other aspect of the vehicle(s) shall be entertained after completion of the auction. Prospective bidders are, therefore, advised to thoroughly inspect the vehicle(s) before submitting their bids. | |
| The successful bidders must deposit the remaining amount of bid and taxes within 15 days of Auction. In case of default/withdrawal advance earnest money shall be forfeited. | |
| The successful bidders shall have to pay all admissible government taxes in addition to bid amount. | |
| Transfer of ownership documents would be the responsibility of the successful bidder. | |
| Documents and vehicle will be delivered after complete payment only. | |
| The Disposal Committee reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the bid according to Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024. | |
